1. Order Processing
Processing Time
All orders placed on our website, www.strainsnotnames.com, will be processed within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) CST on Fridays or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
Weekend Orders
We do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated Delivery: Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow an estimated 3–8 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location within the United States.
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or carrier issues.
Shipping Notifications: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
3. Shipping Restrictions
No Weekend Shipments
We do not ship products over weekends. If your order is processed on a Friday after 12:00 PM (noon) CST, it will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping Locations
We ship within the United States. International shipping is available with a wholesale account.
THCa — Restricted States
THCa products are not available for shipment to the following states:
Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Minnesota.
Delta 8 — Restricted States
Delta 8 products are not available for shipment to the following states:
Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia.
4. Delays
While we aim to meet estimated shipping times, please understand that there may be delays due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
5. Route Protection
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
We strongly recommend that customers purchase Route shipping protection at checkout to safeguard their orders. If you have purchased Route shipping protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim directly with Route to seek resolution.
